Position Overview
The Customer Success Associate is an entry-level role focused on delivering an exceptional in-store experience. This team member helps create a clean, organized, and engaging environment while assisting customers with product recommendations, purchases, and overall store support.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance
Help customers select toys based on age, interests, and occasion
Answer product questions and provide recommendations
Ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and excited about their purchase
Sales & Transactions
Operate point-of-sale (POS) system
Accurately tender cash, credit, and digital payments
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policy
Support daily sales goals
Merchandising & Stocking
Receive and unpack inventory
Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing displays
Organize merchandise by category and theme
Monitor low-stock items and communicate restocking needs
Store Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom
Keep shelves neat and organized
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Help create seasonal displays and promotions
Teamwork & Initiative
Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly
Demonstrate strong communication and reliability
Use critical thinking to solve customer issues and daily challenges
Take initiative in identifying tasks that improve store operations
